About your coach

Hi, I’m Jessica Taylor, MBA, PCC, FACHE a business strategist and coach.

Many accomplished professionals reach a point where the next move just isn't being another rung on someone else's ladder.

Sometimes that's a new role, sometimes it's starting something of your own.

Either way, we start with clarity.

I've had several pivots myself:

I was part of the team that scaled a healthcare organization from $500K to $23M.

And while at the Mayo Clinic, I led regional strategies with 100% client retention and 37% year-over-year growth.

I stepped out on my own and started Coaching Coalition in 2018. I've spent hundreds of hours coaching and consulting accomplished professionals through their own pivots.

During the pandemic and following several years, I was a caregiver for close family with severe illnesses. I supported myself with savings and volunteered as a board member and career coach.

In 2021, feeling a little isolated, a friend and I started a small community for other coaches and solopreneurs that still runs today.
